Oyster Bar Branding

Lucky Pearl Oyster Bar is a fictional restaurant branding project—though it might just be the oyster bar of my dreams. The brief asked for menus, logos, and branding for a new restaurant, which I imagined tucked along Abbot Kinney in Venice.

I aimed for a visual identity that feels modern with a touch of Art Deco nostalgia, balancing clean lines with a sense of coastal glamour. If this oyster bar ever opens, I’ll happily be first in line.

Business Card Refresh

This project focused on redesigning a business card using an existing brand palette. The goal was a fresh, modern update while maintaining continuity with the original identity.

I developed a monochromatic color scheme paired with bold typography, incorporating elements of the original logo to give the card a contemporary twist. This project was completed as part of an Adobe Illustrator course.

For The Love of Beignets

For this project, we were asked to select a favorite local business and create a visual rebrand. I chose Lucile’s, a beloved Denver breakfast spot known for its iconic rose logo (and tiptop beignets).

The new identity draws from that rose motif, with a color palette inspired by their strawberry rhubarb jam. I created custom illustrations of the original restaurant alongside Cajun-inspired elements, applying the updated look across menus, packaging, and supporting brand collateral.

This project was independently completed for a course and not affiliated with Lucile’s.
